I can't leave a record I'm editing

Why the app asks you to Save or Cancel before you move on.

If you’re editing a record and can’t move away from it, that’s on purpose, not a glitch. It’s there so you never lose a change by accident.

While a record is open in edit mode, tap one of these to leave:

  1. Save to keep your changes.
  2. Cancel to discard them and leave the record as it was.

Either one closes the edit screen and you’re free to move on. So if you feel stuck, look for the Save and Cancel buttons, one of them is your way out.
