Adding records without a photo

You don’t need a photo to add a record. Manual entry is handy when you’re adding records from memory, from a list, or when you’re away from your shelves.

There are two ways in:

1. Tap Add Record, then Search, type the artist or title (and, if you like, the year or label) and pick the right one from the matches the app suggests. No filling in every detail yourself.
2. Pressing not listed anywhere? Tap Manual Entry instead and type in the details you know.

Every record you add manually works exactly like one added from a photo. You can edit it, tag it, add notes and track listens.
