Recording a record's condition

Grade a record's media and cover, and note whether you bought it new or second-hand.

Every record can carry its condition, handy when your collection mixes fresh pressings, second-hand finds and the odd sealed copy.

  1. Open the record and tap the pencil on Record Information.
  2. Under Condition & Value, grade the Media Condition and the Cover Condition on the usual scale, from Sealed and Mint down to Poor. Leave either as Not specified if you’d rather not say.
  3. Set Bought As to Brand New or Second-hand.
  4. Tap Save.

Once your records note how they were bought, you can filter your collection down to just the new or second-hand copies from the filter button on the home screen.
