I can't log in
Work through sign-in method, password resets and locked-out fallbacks.
Start with the basics: check for typos in your email and password, and make sure you’re using the address you actually signed up with. Vinyl Crate Space signs you in with your email and password.
Forgotten your password? Tap Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen and we’ll email a reset link. No email arriving? Check spam, and confirm you’re checking the address you signed up with.
If you never confirmed your email when you registered, sign-in stays blocked and the app will tell you so. Tap the confirmation link in the email we sent when you signed up, and you’re through. Can’t find that email? There’s no way to send yourself a fresh one yet, so email us at the address below and we’ll sort it out.
If you still can’t get in, email us directly at support@vinylcratespace.com from the address on your account, since you won’t be able to reach the in-app report form while locked out.
