The app won't load or is running slowly

Try these in order. Most load problems clear at step one or two.

1. Close the app fully and reopen it.
2. Check for an update in the App Store or Google Play, slow or stuck behaviour is often fixed in the latest version.
3. Restart your phone.
4. Check your connection, Vinyl Crate Space needs one to load your collection, identify covers and save changes.

Still stuck? Open Preferences → Feedback in the app and choose Something is broken. Your device and app version come through with it, so tell us what you were doing and what happened instead.
